Submission Policies

  • The paper should be academically original and not previously presented elsewhere and not sent to any other events for publication/presentation.
  • The abstract should comply with academic ethical rules and should not contain plagiarism.
  • All presentations will be held in Turkish and English. But the abstract submission must be in English.
  • Accepted papers will be announced on the symposium page. The summary of accepted and presented abstracts will be published online within the scope of the “TURAN24 SYMPOSIUM Abstract E-Book”.
  • Submitted abstracts will be peer reviewed by the symposium Scientific Committee in terms of content and orginallity. Scientific Committee retains rights to reject abstracts. After the first review by the Scientific Committee, abstracts are sent to the referees for a second blind review.
  • Scientific Committee and Referee’s recommendations
    >Accept as its current form
    >Accept with minor changes
    > Accept with revision
    > Reject
  • In cases where the registration fee is paid but the presentation is not given, certificates cannot be provided.

Presentations

  • The languages of the sympoisum TURAN24 are Turkish and English. But the abstract submission must be in English.
  • The time allocated for each oral presentation is 15 minutes.
